Roselyn Nyakundi

She oversees the implementation of the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Monitoring and Evaluation component of HWWK’s projects. She works closely with the Program Technical Team Lead, and other senior staff members to develop and foster a culture of CQI by leading improvement activities involving employees from all levels of the organization. She also leads the Monitoring and Evaluation team to strengthen systems and capacity among HWWK staff and sub-grantees to collect, manage, and use quality data to inform programs and policy in the national response to HIV Prevention.

Roselyn has over nineteen years of combined experience in the NGO and corporate sectors in Kenya. Areas of expertise include: program monitoring & evaluation, quality improvement, project management, training and capacity-building, organizational capacity development and service delivery. She has a passion for children and has spearheaded and participated in the implementation various children and adolescent projects since 2006 in Nairobi, Makueni, Kiambu and Siaya Counties. She has also championed the implementation of the HWWK Child Protection Policy and other key procedures and structures.

Roselyn holds an MBA in Marketing from United States International University and is an MA (Monitoring & Evaluation) final year student at Maseno University.
