Ms. Irene Mwangangi is a strategic Human Resource practitioner.

She holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resources from the Kenya Institute of Management (CHRP). She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (K) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with a Bachelor of Education Degree in Business Studies and Finance. She has over 20 years of experience working and impacting the Finance and Human Resources departments in the manufacturing and commercial sectors and reward management.

She has proven people strategy skills, enabling organizations to meet their business goals. She has impacted organizations' cultures and developed employees to discover their innate potential. She has also supported smooth change management through organizations' various seasons.

She is a seasoned pension & provident fund Trustee and a Director in two Pension Boards.

Irene is a member of the Reward Management Professionals of Kenya, the Institute of Human Resource Management, and the Information Systems Audit & Control Association.

Her hobbies include reading, travelling, spending time with family and friends, swimming, aerobic exercise, and dancing.
