She has 19 years working experience, Nine (9) of which have been in Human Resource Management. Before joining HWWK, she worked as a Clerical Officer in the Personnel Department at Egerton University for many years where she worked in recruitment, leave, disciplinary, final dues and personnel registry sections.
As Administration Assistant at Kenyatta University, she worked for just over a year in recruitment (non-academic) section.
She was awarded a Certificate in Training Needs Assessment by the Ministry of State for Public Service. Margaret has a BA in Sociology and History from Egerton University, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kenya Institute of Management.
