Joan Weere
Ms. Joan Weere is a young lawyer who holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Moi University. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, currently practicing as such in the firm of Nyachiro Nyagaka & Co. Advocates. She has also worked as an In-house counsel at Josim Instantaneous Consultium (K) Ltd and as a defence counsel at Onyinkwa & Co. Advocates.
Joan is a meticulous reader and a proficient writer. She has gained experience on the advanced use of a number of computer applications that relate to the efficient and reliable conduct of research work. She is an avid researcher and enjoys reading and creative writing.
In her free time, Joan enjoys biking, going for road trips, and watching documentaries.
Cecilia Muriuki
She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from Daystar University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from United States International University.
Ms. Muriuki has over 40 years of work experience in Animal Health Research. She has served in leadership positions as a Senior Research Assistant in Biotechnology Department, International Livestock Research Institute, and as Senior Research Assistant in Animal Research Group, International Laboratory for Research on Animal Diseases (ILRAD).
She serves as a Board of Director at Nairobi Christian Church and Nairobi Christian Academy and previously served as the Chairperson of the UTAFITI SACCO.
Her hobbies include health and wellness coaching, Bible study coaching, and community service.
